Dee Byrnes

Dee Byrnes is a proven leader in Change Management, an Executive coach and certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, accredited by the Society for Human Resource Management and has delivered presentations on leadership, organizational effectiveness, service, culture and change teams and organizations across the United States.

Dee enjoyed a 20-year career with the Disney Company.  At the Walt Disney World Theme Park and Resorts Human Resources, her responsibilities included designing and delivering training programs for all levels of the Disney cast (entry through executive level employees).  As the Opening Team Manager and International Program Manager for Euro Disney (Now Disneyland Paris), she designed, developed and implemented a successful model and program for exchanging students between WDW (USA) and Euro Disney (Paris).

A key role for Dee with the Disney organization was as an internal behavioral coach to the top 800 executives during the leadership culture revitalization initiative known as “Performance Excellence.”  In this role Dee served as executive coach on leadership behaviors, innovation, change, empowerment, partnerships, interpersonal skills and Disney corporate values.  Ultimately, Dee became a leader of the first ever internal Walt Disney World Human Resources Organization Development team, where she guided multiple company divisions through change management strategies.  She delivered invaluable support and services to creative entertainment, merchandise, transportation, security and facilities.

Following her Disney service, Dee began independently providing organizational development services to a broad range of industries: resorts (top 100), retail, healthcare, higher education, government, manufacturing, and not for profit institutions.  Dee’s services oversee and provide executive coaching, project management, program design, delivery and facilitation.
