Andy Taylorʼs first career was as a professional singer. Having met and sung for three presidents of the United States, she has been broadcast live around the world and featured on stages nationally from the Kennedy Center and the White House to Bob Hope Cultural Center in CA. For 25 years, the Disney Company also extensively employed her talents in live shows and spectaculars, TV specials, and sound tracks. On- and off-stage, she is known for her complete professionalism and her positive impact on every situation.

Andy began honing a more diverse skill set as she became involved in youth markets. For 10 years, she was a clinician, adjudicator and guest artist for music education events across the nation, including as judge of Miss America in Atlantic City. At the same time, she was serving her own central Florida community, providing process and organization in communications, logistics, event planning, and travel for a variety of entities and activities in public and private schools.

Most recently, Andy has been in higher education management, combining her background in Disney creativity and excellence with her love of young people. For seven years, she served in Recruitment at the University of Oklahoma, as the head of Visitor Services. Her role was to craft and support the visitor experience from the first website click through the on-campus visit, create and implement new services, recreate process and policy, and physical plant supervision.  She also served on policy-level committees for Admissions, Enrollment and Student Financial Services.  Andyʼs responsibilities included the OU Visitor Center, the Visit.OU website, campus map, the award-winning OU/Norman Visitor Guide, and site coordination of third-party educational events such as Speech & Debate (Oklahoma's largest academic competition), Oklahoma Spelling Bee and the National Geographic Bee.  By partnering with university academic areas and OU's museums of art and natural history, Andy created hands-on, horizon-expanding “Why College?” visits for K-8 groups.   With existing resources, she developed the OU Virtual Field Trip to engage and support schools with budget and distance challenges.

She is currently managing partner and consultant with Rich Imagination, providing her expertise to a variety of entities.  She also serves on the College of Education Community Engagement Council at the University of Central Florida.
